Canada Day in Pierrefonds-Roxboro - A journey through traditions
The July 1st 2023 celebrations will be centered on our borough’s traditions. Green spaces, parks, waterfronts, local businesses, public markets and all the communities that contribute to enriching the quality of life in the borough will be honoured.
Take part in this great celebration where everyone shows their pride in being Canadian and celebrates our histories, our cultures and our achievements.
Programming
You’ll be amazed at what we have planned for you! A fun-filled ride park, a festive and interactive parade, impressive floats and a major show that will get you moving!
In addition, to close the event in a memorable way, you’ll be treated to a spectacular fireworks show!

Pop-up shows (Free)
Don’t miss this series of shows presented in three parks in our borough by Ze Radcliffe fanfare, a group of eleven musicians who perform folk music from various countries: Romania, Chile, Finland, Bulgaria, Canada, Greece and Serbia.

To the sound of the n’goni, the balafon, the djembe, the derbouka, the naffar and the dhol, Kattam, the percussionist invites you to discover Africa, the Middle East and India through rhythm, songs and dances! A wonderful multicultural adventure!
